Werner Nocht (born June 11, 1931 ; † June 14, 2013 ) was a German soccer player who won the championship twice in the Berlin City League at Viktoria 89 Berlin in 1955 and 1956 .

career

City League Berlin, 1952 to 1963

After being promoted to the top amateur class in Berlin in 1951, the fast winger Werner Nocht distinguished himself so impressively in the first amateur league in Berlin in the 1951/52 season at Kickers 1900 Berlin that he was offered an offer from third place in the city league, Viktoria 89 Contract footballer received for the 1952/53 round. The lightning-fast man on the wing completed all 24 rounds for Viktoria 89 in his debut season in the city league and scored eleven goals. In the games for the German football championship in 1955 , Viktoria 89 met 1. FC Kaiserslautern, SV Sodingen and Hamburger SV. The competition opened on May 15th in front of 82,000 spectators in the Berlin Olympic Stadium against the Walter-Elf from Kaiserslautern. Private

After his active time, Nocht lived in Villingen-Schwenningen . He died three days after his 82nd birthday in June 2013.
