The West German soccer championship 1903/04 was the second competition organized by the Rheinisch-Westfälischer Spiel-Verband . The winner was Duisburg SpV . In the final round of the German championship , Duisburg reached the semi-finals.

District champions were initially determined in the districts of Cologne, Lower Rhine and Rhine / Ruhr. The three district champions determined the West German champions in the league system.
