Wester-Koggenland ( listen ? / I ) is a former municipality in the Dutch region of West Friesland in the province of North Holland . Since 2007 it has been part of the new municipality of Koggenland . Audio file / audio sample

The municipality was created on January 1, 1979 through the merger of the previous municipalities Avenhorn, Berkhout, Oudendijk and Ursem.

resolution

The municipality of Wester-Koggenland was merged with the municipality of Obdam on January 1, 2007 to form the new municipality of Koggenland .
