Whitestarr

Whitestarr is an American rock band from Malibu , California . The band gained fame primarily through a TV series and various romances by the band members. The singer Cisco Adler is the son of the music producer Lou Adler. Alex Orbison, the band's drummer, is the son of country singer Roy Orbison .

history

Whitestarr was founded in 2000 . Shortly after the band was founded, the band received a record deal , but remained largely unknown until they became the subject of the VH1 show "The Rock Life". The series featured the band members both in their performances and in their personal lives. Due to the low audience interest, "The Rock Life" was soon canceled.

As a result, the band aroused public interest through the musicians' romances . Cisco Adler, the singer, has been spotted in the press on dates with Mischa Barton , Kimberly Stewart , Paris Hilton and Lauren Conrad . The drummer Alex Orbison appeared in some episodes of the LA Ink series , with the main character Kat von D he had a relationship in the meantime.

In 2007, Cisco Adler announced that it had decided to stop working with the rest of the band until further notice in order to pursue his solo project.

Guitarist Jeramy "Rainbow" Gritter currently releases his music under the name Beardo.
