Wilfried II ( Catalan Guifré ; * around 970; † 1050 ) was a count of Cerdanya , Conflent and Berga from the House of Barcelona .

He was a son of Oliba Cabreta († 990), from whom he inherited Cerdanya and Conflent, while Besalú and Berga went to his brothers Bernard I. Taillefer and Oliba the abbot . When the father entered the monastery of Montecassino in 988 , he placed his underage sons under the protection of Pope John XV. After Oliba started his clerical career in 1003, Wilfried was also able to take over Berga.

In 1001, the sixth year of King Robert II's reign , Wilfried founded the Abbey of Sant Martí del Canigó , which was consecrated on November 10, 1009 by his brother Oliba. For his county he fought for the liberation from the jurisdiction of the diocese Urgell , this also in the conflict with the holy Ermengol . In 1003 Wilfried fought alongside his brother Bernard I of Besalú , Ermengol I of Urgell and Raimund Borrell of Barcelona in the victorious battle of Torà (near Lleida ) against the Moors of al-Andalus .

On November 8, 1035, Wilfried laid down his will, in which he declared the abandonment of worldly life in favor of a monk in Canigó. He died there in 1050 and was also buried.

Wilfried's first wife was called Gisela, who was first mentioned in a donation to Canigó on June 12, 1006. On March 20, 1020, she wrote her will. His second wife Isabel is named between the years 1025 and 1038. The marriages produced nine children:
