Will Holland is a British musician , DJ and producer from Bewdley , Worcestershire .

He is best known under the pseudonym Quantic . He is also active in the projects The Quantic Soul Orchestra , Quantic and his Combo Bárbaro , Quantic presenta Flowering Inferno and The Limp Twins .

His music style is quite broad, but is characterized above all by elements from downtempo , funk and jazz . It has similarities with those of Nostalgia77 , Bonobo and TM Juke , which are or were under contract with the label Tru Thoughts . Holland has mastered guitar , bass , double bass , piano , organ , percussion and saxophone . In a large part of his compositions he plays samples himself .

In 2008 the song Mi Swing Es Tropical , which was created in collaboration with Nickodemus, was part of a TV commercial for the iPod .

The Quantic Soul Orchestra consists of Holland and changing musicians, including his sister, Lucy, on saxophone and Russ Porter , his partner from the Limp Twins project. Her third album was created in cooperation with Spanky Wilson .
