The Wilwa ( Russian Ви́льва ; Komi новая вода ) is a left tributary of the Uswa in the river system of the Kama in the Russian region of Perm .

The Wilwa rises in the western foreland of the Middle Urals . It flows in a west and south-westerly direction and flows into the Uswa in the urban area of Tschussowoi , 4 km above its mouth in the Tschussowaja . The Wilwa has a length of 170 km. Its catchment area covers 3020 km². The small town of Gremjatschinsk , a center of hard coal mining, lies on the river Wilwa . The most important tributaries of the Wilwa are Wischai from the left and Severnaya Rassocha , Bolshaya Mjasnaja , Korostelewka , Bolshaya Poroshnyaya and Tantschicha from the right .

The river name is derived from the Komi-Permjak terms vil ("new") and va ("water").
