Willem Aloïs Elodie De Coninck (born June 23, 1959 in Deinze ) is a former Belgian football player and today's coach and official. Today he works, among other things, as an analyst for Belgian television, including for the station Proximus 11 .

Player career

De Coninck began his career in men's football in 1977 at KSV Waregem , where he won the Belgian Supercup in 1982 . After twelve years in Waregem , he moved to Royal Antwerp in 1987 , where he won the Belgian Cup in 1992 . In 1993 it went on to KAA Gent and in 1996 to RSC Anderlecht . In the 1999/2000 season he let his career end at Eendracht Aalst.

Internationally, he was never used for Belgium, but was in the squad for the 1984 European Football Championship in France .
