Witków ( German  Woedtke ) is a village in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to the Gmina Łęczyce (municipality of Lanz) in the powiat Wejherowski (district of Neustadt) .

The village is located in eastern Pomerania , about 260 km northeast of Stettin and about 60 km northwest of Gdansk .

In Ludwig Wilhelm Brüggemann's Detailed Description of the Duchy of Vor and Hinter-Pommern (1784) Woedtke is listed among the aristocratic estates of the Lauenburg and Bütow districts . At that time there was a Vorwerk in Woedtke , i.e. the farm, a forge and in Feldmark there was another Vorwerk called Rexinhof , a total of five households ("fire places "). Woedtke, together with Gnewin, about 10 km away, was a majorate of the noble Rexin family ; Majoratsherr at that time was the royal Polish captain Michael Ernst von Rexin.

Woedtke formed its own political manor district from the 19th century . In 1910 there were 164 inhabitants in Woedtke. Woedtke was later incorporated into the neighboring Saulin . Until 1945 Woedtke formed a place to live in the rural community of Saulin and belonged with this to the district of Lauenburg i. Pom. in the Prussian province of Pomerania .

In 1945 Woedtke, like all areas east of the Oder-Neisse Line , came to Poland. Woedtke received the Polish place name "Witków".
