Vyacheslav Gennadjewitsch Kuznetsov (also Viacheslav Kuznetsov , Russian Вячеслав Геннадьевич Кузнецов ; born June 24, 1989 in Togliatti , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian cyclist .

Kuznetsov began his international career in 2010 with the UCI Continental Team Itera-Katusha , the farm team of the Katusha team . With the one-day race La Côte Picarde , he won his first international competition in the same year. In 2011 he became the Russian U23 road champion. After further international successes at the La Roue Tourangelle and stages of the Ronde de l'Oise and Tour of Bulgaria , he moved to Katusha in 2013 .

For Katusha Kuznetsov went to the team resolution for season 2019. He could not win international race of this time, however, finished in 2016 at the classic Gent-Wevelgem and in the overall standings of the Tour de Wallonie , a stage race hors categorie each third place . He also drove the Giro d'Italia four times , which he finished three times, and the Vuelta a España 2019 .
