Vyacheslav Borissowitsch Krassilnikow ( Russian Вячеслав Борисович Красильников , English transcription: Viacheslav Krasilnikov , born April 28, 1991 in Krasnodar ) is a Russian beach volleyball player .
Career
Krassilnikow was in 2009 with Artjom Kutscherenko fifth in the youth world championship in Alanya . In 2012 he played his first Grand Slam on the World Tour with Ruslan Bykanov in Moscow . The duo also finished fifth in the U23 European Championship in Assen . In 2013, Krassilnikow reached fifth place with Andrei Bolgow at the U23 World Cup in Mysłowice . With Alexei Pastuchow he came in third place at the Anapa Open. He then formed a duo with Konstantin Semjonow . Krassilnikow / Semjonow reached the final of the Grand Slam in Berlin and fifth place in Moscow. They also won the EEVZA tournament in the Russian capital. In 2014 they started with two 17th places at the World Tour tournaments in China. At the Anapa Open they only lost in the final. They finished ninth at the 2014 European Championships in Quartu Sant'Elena . A week later, the two Russians achieved the greatest success of their joint careers with their victory at the Grand Slam in Moscow. In 2015 and 2016 , Krassilnikow / Semjonow had numerous top ten placements on the World Tour. They finished ninth at the 2015 World Cup in the Netherlands and the 2015 European Championship in Klagenfurt . In 2016 Krassilnikow / Semjonow became vice European champions in Biel and Olympic fourth in Rio de Janeiro . Then Semyonov ended his international career.
In 2017, Krassilnikow formed a new duo with Nikita Lyamin . Krassilnikow / Ljamin played very successfully on the FIVB World Tour and won the 3-star tournaments in Kisch and The Hague. They also achieved fifth place in the 5-star tournament in Gstaad. At the World Championships in Vienna Krassilnikow / Lyamin won the bronze medal. An outstanding result for Krassilnikow / Lyamin on the World Tour 2018 was a second place at the 4-star tournament in Xiamen . In August the two separated.
Oleg Stojanowski has been his partner since October 2018 , with whom he has since competed in almost all FIVB 4-star tournaments and without exception finished in the top ten. The highlights were the victories in The Hague and Xiamen. The two Russians qualified for the World Cup in Hamburg . There they reached the final and became world champions with a win against the Germans Julius Thole and Clemens Wickler .
