Oleg Wladislavovich Stojanovsky ( Russian Олег Владиславович Стояновский , English transcription Oleg Vladislavovich Stoyanovskiy , born September 26, 1996 in Moscow ) is a Russian beach volleyball player .

Career

Stojanowski reached ninth place with Artyom Jarsutkin at the U19 World Cup in Porto in 2013 . Then Stojanowski / Jarsutkin were in Maladsetschna in the final against the Austrians Buchegger / Pristauz European champions of the U18. In 2014 they took part in a tournament of the FIVB World Tour at the Grand Slam in Moscow for the first time and finished 17th. At the U21 World Championships in Larnaka and the U19 in Porto they were each fifth. In 2015 they played the Open tournaments in Fuzhou and Lucerne as well as the Moscow Grand Slam. At the World Cup in the Netherlands they came third in the group in the first knockout round and had to admit defeat to the later finalists Numberdor / Varenhorst , so that they finished the tournament in 17th place. At the U22 European Championship in Macedo de Cavaleiros , they did not get past 25th place. At the Sochi Open they achieved their first top ten result on the World Tour with fifth place and they finished ninth in Antalya .

At the beginning of 2016, Stojanowski / Jarsutkin reached the final of the Kisch Open against the Qatari duo Jefferson / Cherif . After two poor results in Brazil, they finished ninth in Doha . They came in fifth at the U21 World Cup in Lucerne. At the 2016 European Championships in Biel / Bienne, they were third in the group in the first knockout game to the Latvians Samoilovs / Šmēdiņš . On the World Tour there were then two top ten results with fifth place in the major in Klagenfurt and ninth place in Long Beach . Stojanowski / Jarsutkin also finished fifth at the CEV Masters in Jūrmala . In 2017 they started with a 17th place in Fort Lauderdale . At the three-star tournaments in Kisch, Xiamen and Moscow they came third, ninth and third again. In Baden they won the U22 European Championship in the final against the Norwegian Bernsten / Mol . After 17th place at the World Cup in Vienna and ninth place at the European Championships in Jūrmala , the two Russians separated.

In 2018 Igor Velitschko was Stojanowski's partner. At the FIVB 4-star tournament in Doha , the two Russians reached the final, which they lost against Brouwer / Meeuwsen from the Netherlands . A month later, Stojanowski / Welitschko won the 4-star tournament in Xiamen. Further highlights were fifth place at the European Championship in the Netherlands , third place at the 4-star tournament in Moscow and seventh place at the World Tour Final in Hamburg .

Vyacheslav Krassilnikow has been his partner since October 2018 , with whom he has competed in almost all FIVB 4-star tournaments since then and without exception has finished in the top ten. The highlights were the victories in The Hague and Xiamen. The two Russians qualified for the World Cup in Hamburg . There they reached the final and became world champions with a win against the Germans Julius Thole and Clemens Wickler .
