The Kochel (Polish Szklarka ) is a right tributary of the Zacken (Polish Kamienna ) in the Giant Mountains in Poland .

The Kochel rises on the north sides of the Hohem Rad (Polish Wielki Szyszak ) and Großer Sturmhaube (Polish Śmielec ) and flows below Schreiberhau (Polish Szklarska Poręba ) into the Zacken (Polish Kamienna ).
Cooking case
Shortly before the confluence with the Zacken the Kochel forms the 13 m high funnel-shaped Kochelfall ( Wodospad Szklarki ). The Kochelfall has been a popular excursion destination for centuries, just like the Zackelfall , easily accessible on foot and is one of the most famous sights of the Giant Mountains.
