Wolf-Dieter Holtz (born December 10, 1941 in Berlin ) is a former German medium and long-distance runner who started for the GDR .

At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964 , he reached the semi-finals over 1500 m .

In 1966 he became a GDR cross-country champion .

Wolf-Dieter Holtz started for the ASK Vorwärts Potsdam .
