Wolfgang Riemann (politician)
Wolfgang Riemann (born October 27, 1951 in Wolmirstedt ) is a German politician ( CDU ).
Riemann attended elementary school, the polytechnic high school and the extended high school in Güstrow . In 1968 he was convicted of "attempting to illegally cross the border ". At the evening school and the technical college he became an agricultural engineer and was a seed breeding assistant at the Neugattersleben plant breeding department. After a distance learning to become a certified agricultural engineer, he was department head at the Agricultural Production Cooperative (LPG) Irxleben and then at LPG Usedom .
Riemann was chairman of the CDU district association in East Western Pomerania . He belonged to the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania from 1990 to 2006 and was chairman of the finance committee there.
