Wolfgang Wagner (politician, 1834)
Wolfgang Wagner (born November 15, 1834 in Glonn ; † February 6, 1902 there ) was a German politician and postman . He was a member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Wagner attended elementary school and was an innkeeper and postman in Glonn. From 1865 he was a member of the district council. He made a particular contribution to his home community by promoting the Grafing- Glonn local railway .
From 1881 to 1892 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies and from 1884 to 1893 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Upper Bavaria 7 ( Rosenheim , Ebersberg , Miesbach , Tölz ) and the German Center Party .
Wolfgang Wagner is also known as Wolfgang Wagner senior because his son of the same name was a member of the state parliament from 1907 to 1912.
