This article shows the medal table of the World Games .
So far, 90 different teams have won medals at 10 World Games . Medals in invitation sports are not taken into account. The medals awarded at the Pre World Games 1978 are also not taken into account.
The placements are sorted by the number of gold medals won, followed by the number of silver and bronze medals. If two or more countries have an identical medal balance, they are listed alphabetically according to the IOC abbreviation on the same rank.
