Woynishet Girma
Woynishet Girma (* 1986 ) is an Ethiopian marathon runner .
In 2006 she was fourth in the Treviso Marathon , fifth in the Stockholm Marathon and third in the Turin Marathon , in 2007 tenth in the Rome Marathon and fourth in the Addis Ababa Marathon and in 2008 third in the Alexander the Great Marathon .
In 2009 she made a leap in performance when she won the Maratona di Sant'Antonio in 2:31:03 h. In the Amsterdam Marathon she was second with 2:29:50 for the first time under two and a half hours.
The following year she finished ninth in the Dubai Marathon , rose to 2:28:36 in fourth in the Boston Marathon and also came fourth in Amsterdam with her personal record of 2:27:51.
