Wurstemberger (patrician family)

The von Wurstemberger family is a Bernese patrician family . The family has had citizenship rights in the city of Bern since around 1510 . Branches belong to the society at Pfistern and the guild at Webern .

Individual family members owned the lords of Vesancy ( Pays de Gex ), Trévelins near Aubonne and Kehrsatz , vineyards in Mont-sur-Rolle (including Belletruche ) and Haut-Vully , Holligen Castle , the country estate in Beitenwil and Wittigkofen Castle .
