The Einöde Wutzschleife is a district of the town of Rötz in the Upper Palatinate district of Cham .

It is located two and a half kilometers west of the town center of Rötz on the left bank of the Schwarzach above the Eixendorftalsperre .

The name comes from the time when the Rötzer beer brewer Alois Wutz bought about two days' work Grund of the former Hillstett Castle Estate in 1875. There he set up a glass loop with an attached polishing work. He also received a license to run a pub. The property was destroyed by an ice rush in 1881.

Today there is a hotel complex and a golf course at this point.
