Wysoczański with nicknames like "de Weryha", "Minkowicz" or "Pietrusiewicz" is the name of a Polish noble family that derives its descent from the medieval Comes Vane Valachus . It was entered in the Galician nobility register as a knight . The feminine form is Wysoczańska .
