Wyssokofedoriwka ( Ukrainian Високофедорівка ; Russian Высокофёдоровка Wyssokofjodorowka , German Theodorshof , from 1939 Polish Teodorówka ) is a village in the western Ukrainian Lviv Oblast with about 100 inhabitants.
On August 17, 2017, the village became part of the newly founded municipality of Kamjanka-Buska (Кам'янка-Бузька міська громада / Kamjanka-Buska miska hromada ), until then it belonged to the district municipality of Scheldez ( ьелдец ).
history
The place was created in 1824 by the settlement of German, Protestant colonists. In 1824, the local Protestants founded a Lutheran branch of the Lemberg parish in the Evangelical Superintendent of Galicia . A church was built in 1865 and 1868.
In 1900 the community of Theodorshof had 52 houses with 338 inhabitants, of which 295 were German speakers, 29 Ruthenian speakers and 14 Polish speakers. There were 43 Roman Catholic, 21 Greek Catholic, 13 Jewish and 261 of other faiths among the residents.
After the end of the Polish-Ukrainian War in 1919, the community became part of Poland. In 1921 the community of Theodorshof had 50 houses with 270 inhabitants, of which 142 Poles, 100 Germans, 28 Ruthenians, 141 Protestant, 71 Greek Catholic, 41 Roman Catholic, 17 Jews (religion).
On May 24, 1939, the name was changed from Theodorshof to Teodorówka for national political reasons .
In the Second World War , the place belonged first to the Soviet Union and from 1941 to the General Government , from 1945 back to the Soviet Union, now part of the Ukraine .
