Wyszogród (under German occupation 1939–45: Hohenburg an der Weichsel ) is a town and seat of the town and country municipality of the same name in the Powiat Płocki of the Masovian Voivodeship , Poland . Opposite Wyszogród the tributary Bzura flows into the Vistula.
