Yang Xiaojun ( Chinese 楊 曉君 ; born May 18, 1963 in Beijing , People's Republic of China ) is a former Chinese volleyball player and coach.
Yang Xiaojun played in the Chinese national team as a middle blocker and acceptance player. She won the gold medal at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles . She was the 1985 World Cup winner in Japan . In 1986 she became world champion in Czechoslovakia and was voted the best acceptance player. At the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul , she won the bronze medal. Yang Xiaojun then played for the German Bundesliga club CJD Feuerbach , with whom she became German champions in 1990 and 1991 and won the DVV Cup in 1990 .
After a knee injury, Yang Xiaojun became a trainer in Germany. Her stations were CJD Feuerbach (1992), the Baden-Württemberg girls' national team (1993 to 1995), MTV Stuttgart and the men's team from SG Leinfelden-Echterdingen (1995 to 1998), TV Creglingen (1998 to 2001) and TSV Schmiden (2001 to 2002). From 2002 to 2008, Yang Xiaojun was an instructor for A-license trainer courses. From 2008 to 2011 she coached the Bundesliga club 1. VC Wiesbaden . In 2014/15 she was a coach at the men's third division club SG Rodheim .
