Yeldeğen is a village ( Köy ) in the Mazgirt district of the Turkish province of Tunceli . In 2011, 33 people lived in Yeldeğen.

Yeldeğen was renamed. In 1928 the village was called Şöbek. The village can be reached via an unpaved road and is about 1,400 m above sea level. The scattered settlement is Alevi and Kurdish. The houses are made of field stone and the properties are also separated from each other with field stone walls.
