Yenicekent is a small town in the Buldan district of the Turkish province of Denizli . Yenicekent is located about 45 km northwest of the provincial capital Denizli and 15 km northeast of Buldan. According to the last census, Yenicekent had 2,560 inhabitants (as of December 2010).
The administrative area of Yenicekent is divided into four districts , Cumhuriyet Mahallesi , İstiklal Mahallesi , Kurtuluş Mahallesi and Narlıdere Mahallesi , each administered by a Muhtar .
To the southeast of the small town are the remains of the ancient city of Tripoli ( Greek Τρπολις ).
