The half-timbered house at Zabergäustraße 10 in Kleingartach , a district of the city of Eppingen in the district of Heilbronn in northern Baden-Württemberg , was built in 1601. The building is a protected monument .

description

The house with two slightly overhanging half-timbered floors and three attics has a high gable . The windows in the half-timbered floors have been enlarged, the gable is probably preserved originally. As decorative forms, we see the typical forms of the Renaissance : the Franconian man , St. Andrew's crosses over the chest bars and short stems and struts between thresholds and chest bars with well-designed curves and eyes. St. Andrew's crosses displaced by diamonds can be seen under the windows in the middle attic .

A double-sided arched door on the street side leads to the cellar.
