Zenoberg ( Italian Monte San Zeno ) is a fraction of the municipality of Tyrol in South Tyrol ( Italy ). It is located at the southeast end of the Küchelberg, which is pushed forward towards Merano basin, directly above the spa town of Merano . Zenoberg has about 200 inhabitants and is located at 350- 400 m height

The location Zenoberg is mentioned in a document as early as 1432 as "mons sancti Zenonis" .
Attractions
- The Zenoburg stands on a rocky hill at the entrance to Passeier . First mentioned in 1237 in the possession of the Suppan, the castle was sold to Meinhard II in 1285 .
- Powder Tower: The Powder Tower (already in the municipality of Merano) was once the keep of Ortenstein Castle , which was built in the 13th century by the Counts of Tyrol. Large quantities of gunpowder were stored there during the Thirty Years War .
