At the Central America and Caribbean Games there have been hockey competitions for women and men national teams since 1998 . The organizer is the PAHF . The venue for the hockey competitions has never been the main venue for the Central American and Caribbean Games, and twice they have even been held in another country. Cuba won twice in both men and women (1998 and 2006). Trinidad and Tobago won two women's titles (2002 and 2010) and one men's (2002). In 2010 Mexico won the men.
