The tennis competitions of the IX. The 1962 Central American and Caribbean Games were played on August 16-22 (with a day off on August 19) on the grounds of the St. Andrew Club in Kingston . There were singles and doubles for men and women as well as the mixed competition. The most successful country was Mexico with three titles.
