Zigor Martínez (born November 13, 1992 in Vitoria-Gasteiz ) is a Spanish ice hockey player who has been playing again at CH Gasteiz in the Spanish Super League since 2011 .

Career

Zigor Martínez began his career as an ice hockey player with CH Gasteiz from his Basque hometown Vitoria-Gasteiz . In 2009 he moved to the other Basque club in the super league , the CH Txuri Urdin . Since 2011 he has been active again with his home club, with which he won the first Spanish national championship title in the club's history in 2013 .

International

For Spain , Martínez took part in the junior division of the U18 World Junior Championships in Division II in 2008 , 2009 and 2010 and the U20 World Junior Championships in Division II in 2009 and 2010 .

In the senior division, he was in his country's squad at the 2013 Division II World Cup .
