In the near future, the mad scientist Dr. Sugita a means of resuscitation of dead cells . With this serum, the researcher is now able to bring the deceased back to life. Due to failed experiments, a fatal zombie plague will break out in 2020 that threatens to destroy humanity. The world is sinking into chaos.
The stoic swordsman Aya - a delicate beauty clad in a bikini , scarf and cowboy hat - and her plump companion Katsui wander aimlessly through a landscape populated by the living dead in search of missing family members. On her wandering, Aya slaughters the bloodthirsty creatures seemingly effortlessly with her katana . One day the duo is joined by battle-hardened shooter Reiko, whom Dr. Sugita, the person responsible for the plague of the undead, wants to put an end to the trade.
Meanwhile, Aya is looking for her younger sister Saki, who once defeated her in a duel for the supremacy of the clan and was punished with disregard for this by her father, Master Oboro. For lack of paternal affection, Saki then degenerated into a tragic character. At a young age she switched to her father's arch enemy, the evil scientist Dr. Sugita, who trained her in sword fighting in the following years to kill Master Oboro - which she then did.
The main actors finally succeed in hiding Dr. To invade Sugitas. Aya and Reiko defend themselves again against hosts of zombies. In the midst of confusing fighting, Reiko is overwhelmed and infected; Aya then grants her death by grace. In the meantime, the villain is killed by Katsui. At the end of the film, Aya kills her sister wearing school uniform in a final sword fight. She then continues her journey with her old companion.
