Zsófia Bakos (born June 14, 1991 ) is a Hungarian biathlete .

Zsófia Bakos took part in the IBU Junior Cup races for the first time in Cesana San Sicario in 2008 . In Haute-Maurienne , she took part in the junior cross-country skiing competitions at the 2008 Summer Biathlon World Championships . She finished 26th in the sprint and 23rd in the pursuit. In the following year it started at the same event that was now being held in Oberhof . She was 26th in the sprint and 31st in the pursuit race.

In 2009 , Bakos contested her first race in the IBU Women 's Cup in Altenberg . In her first sprint, she finished 73rd. In 2010, she finished 53rd in a sprint, her best result so far in this racing series. The first participation in an international championship was a start at the 2009 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Nové Město na Moravě . As the starting runner of the mixed relay, she brought her Hungarian relay on a good path with only five spare rounds, but the more experienced Ildikó Papp (one penalty loop), Imre Tagscherer (four penalty loops) and István Muskatal (five penalty loops) spoiled it again. The Hungarian relay came in tenth in the end.
