Ildikó Papp (born August 12, 1982 in Salgótarján ) is a Hungarian biathlete and cross-country skier .

Ildikó Papp starts for Petofi DSE Salgótarján and is trained by Zoltán Kadlót. The business administration student has been practicing biathlon since 1999 and has been a member of the Hungarian national team since 2000. In the same year she appeared in Kościelisko for the first time at a major international event, the Junior European Championships. Her best individual result was rank 31 in the singles, with the relay she reached rank ten. A little later Papp started at the Junior World Championships in Hochfilzen . In individual she was 60th, 67th in the sprint and 14th in the relay race. It was not before the Summer Biathlon World Championships in 2008 that the Hungarian took part in a major event in the women's field for the first time. In the sprint of the cross-country competitions, she finished 13th, in the pursuit of tenth place. In the summer biathlon she also achieved other good international results, such as a third place in the sprint and a second place in the pursuit race of the IBU Summer Cup 2009 in Predajná . In the sprint at the 2009 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Nové Město na Moravě , Papp was 20th, in the mass start she improved to 15th place, with Zsófia Bakos , Imre Tagscherer and István Muskatal she reached tenth place in the mixed relay. 2010 in Osrblie came 13th in the sprint, 14th in the pursuit and with Agnes Simon , Károly Gombos and Daniel Pelyhe eighth place in the mixed relay. At the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2011 in Martell , Papp was 15th in the sprint and 14th in the pursuit.

In cross-country skiing, Papp has been taking part in the Continental Cup races since 2011 . She achieved her best placement so far in February 2013 at the Slavic Cup in Wisła with ninth place over 10 km freestyle. At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 in Oslo , she achieved 80th place in the sprint and 68th place over 10 km classic. In February 2013 she finished 86th in the sprint at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Fiemme Valley , 83rd place over 10 km freestyle and 23rd place together with Emőke Szőcs in the team sprint. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun in 2015 she came in 65th place in the sprint and 19th place together with Emőke Szőcs in the team sprint.
