Zuzana Cibičková (born on August 26, 1988 as Zuzana Borošová in Komárno ) is a Slovak chess master .

Career

Cibičková was awarded the title of International Women's Champion (WIM) in 2008, she fulfilled the required standards in June 2007 at the 3rd European Union Championship in Arvier , in May 2008 at the Women's Mitropacup in Olbia (Sardinia) and in August 2008 at the Junior World Championships in Gaziantep . Cibičková received the title of Women's Chess Grandmaster (WGM) in 2011 . She achieved the norms in the below mentioned GM tournament in Prešov (2010), at the Czech Open in Pardubice 2010 and in the NB I / B. Charousek csoport, the second highest division of the Hungarian team championship 2010/11.

Cibičková played for Slovakia in the women's chess Olympiads in 2004 , 2006 and 2012 . She won or occupied top places in several tournaments: 2. – 3. 1st place in the Slovak U12 championship (girls) (2000), 1st place in the Slovak U18 championship (girls) (2005), 1st place in the Slovak U20 championship (girls) (2007) and 2nd place behind Oleh Romanyschyn and before Peter Michalík at the GM tournament in Prešov (2010).

In the Slovak Extra League, Cibičková played in the 2003/04 and 2007/08 seasons for the ŠK HOFFER Komárno , in the 2004/05 season for the ŠK Dunajská Streda , from 2009 to 2011 for the TJ INBEST Dunajov , from 2011 to 2013 for the ŠK Doprastav Bratislava , in the 2017/18 season and again in the 2019/20 season for the ŠK AQUAMARIN Podhájska and in the 2018/19 season for the KŠC Komárno , with which she also took part in the 2010 European Women's Club Cup . In January 2015, Cibičková ranks fifth in the Slovak women's rankings.
