Zyrkuny ( Ukrainian Циркуни ; Russian Циркуны Zirkuny ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 6300 inhabitants (2004).

The village was founded in 1775 and is the administrative center of the same name, 58.64 km² District Municipality in Kharkiv Raion to which even the villages Oleksandriwka ( Олександрівка ) Butenkowe ( Бутенкове ) Mychailiwka ( Михайлівка ) and Tschernjaky ( Черняки belong).

Zyrkuny is located on the banks of the Kharkiv , a 71 km long tributary of the Lopan near the M 03 / E 40 highway on the northeastern outskirts of Kharkiv , 17 km from the city center.
