xCrosscheckx is an old school hardcore punk band from Meerane , which was founded in 2002 by singer Kalle.
Music genre
The band is based on the early 1980s US scene and is heavily influenced by Slapshot and Minor Threat . In 2003 a demo was recorded through which a record deal with the Psycho T. Records label came about in 2004. So far 3 CDs have been released. The band has been touring live in almost every federal state in Germany, Hungary and Switzerland, and in 2008 they played a two-week tour in Southeast Asia. The band already played shows together B. with The Real McKenzies , Third Choice , Troopers , Zaunpfahl , Discipline , SS-Kaliert , Born from Pain and Crushing Caspars .

Oddities
From the "Kill the local Drugdealer" CD, two small editions of vinyl were pressed, 333 LPs in black and 50 LPs in white vinyl. All songs were pressed onto the A-side and the B-side was left blank. This procedure created the appearance of a faulty pressing, which made the LP a sought-after collector's item. In fact, the white version was sold out a few weeks before it was released. There is no vinyl version of the other two CDs.
