The Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) is a group of film critics based out of Washington, D.C. that was founded in 2003. WAFCA is composed of 34 DC-based film critics from television, radio, print and the internet.[1] The group annually gives awards to the best in film as voted on by its members.
