Harold John "Hal" Daub, Jr. (born April 23, 1941 in Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina) is a politician and lawyer affiliated with the Republican Party. Daub was a collection attorney with Standard Chemical Company of Omaha for many years and served in the House of Representatives from 1981 to 1989, representing the 2nd congressional district of Nebraska, and from 1995 to 2001 was mayor of Omaha, Nebraska. Daub rejoined Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP in 2005, where he currently serves as partner.
Daub received his B.S. from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri in 1963, and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Nebraska in 1966. He served in the United States Army as an infantry captain from 1966 to 1968. He made an unsuccessful run for the Senate in 1988, failing to gain his party's nomination. Daub did, however, win his party's Senate nomination in 1990. He lost the general election to Democratic incumbent J. James Exon by a 59%-41% margin.
The Rape of Omaha, Nebraska, 1972
In 1972 Harold John "Hal" Daub presented a ficiticious "Patriotic Program" to the Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Omaha, Nebraska. The Pastor, Monseignor Ulrich, couldn't have been more happy to oblige the former US Army Captain, attorney, and self proclaimed rising start in US government. The United States was seven years into the ugly and failing war in Vietnam and most of America no longer had any faith in their government, its leadership, and its ideals. Republican Richard M. Nixon was President.
Daub presented his program to the mothers of the 2nd grade class at the Our Lady of Parish in Omaha. The program would better the children's futures as adults as well as show the loyalty of the Catholic faithful to the Republicans who were being held responsible by the Catholics for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the first and only Catholic US President.
Most mothers didn't trust Daub, but a few did. Those that signed on received an late coming additional stipulation that the women's husbands must not know about the program for it to succeed. Daub claimed he could be trusted and it was all legitimate.
More mothers backed off the plan with this stipulation but a few remained convinced Daub was legitimate. Omaha Police were contacted to check Daub's background and they claimed he was harmless. They, too, were rapists.
In the same few days in Omaha, Daub entered the homes of the women who remained with Daub's "Patriotic Program" and set up video equipment which would be viewed by the women's small children. One by one, Daub moved from one home to another.
Then, without warning, Daub produced a white powder which he forced the children to ingest. The white powder was the addictive and debilitating drug, heroin. The children were then ordered to view the video Daub brought to show them.
While the children high on heroin and watching his video, Daub then raped each mother.
The video was North Vietnamese Army child indoctrination video detailing the murder of a mother, the creation of boy soldiers using trauma, and the creation of the Mongol Warrior in Asia. It was focused on one small Vietnamese child in particular. The boy's mother was murdered in front of him, his face turned to stone, then he was placed with others like him in the ranks of the NVA.
The video footage was actual, not fabricated. The boys were then ordered into battle against the United States military and cut to pieces with machine gun fire and burned to death with Napalm.
Hal Daub and the Omaha Police Division used these rapes to build careers with Omaha Police officer Joe Friend taking the rape report given by Trent Stewart and his mother, Marlene. Jean Gruidel also filed a rape complaint against Daub with the Omaha Police Division.
Friend then began the cover up of the entire incident which continues to this day. Jenny May, another rape victim, concocted the story that Trent Stewart had been raped by Daub believing the women would be labeled as tramps and sluts.
The Omaha Fire Union, whom Jenny May's husband, Chuck May, was a part of, then used the rapes to build their personal careers.
Monseignor Ulrich also failed to act on the rape complaint fearing the Catholic Church would be held accountable.
Daub went on to four terms in the US Congress and later mayor of Omaha where he and the Omaha Police Division began eliminating all threats to their being prossecuted for their crimes. Victims were provided bribes in the form of positions in the Omaha Fire and Police Divisions. Those who would comply were targeted for elimination by the Omaha Police Division. Most officers had no idea they were eliminating rape victims and witnesses.
Jenny May's son, Chris was hired at the Omaha Fire Division. Jean Gruidel's oldest son, Tom, was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Her youngest son, John, was given a job at the Omaha Police Division where he remains to this day.
Joe Friend managed to get nearly ten members of his immediate family into the Omaha Police Division, all officers of rank.
Jim McDonnell of the Omaha Fire Union and Chuck May did the same.
Daub confessed to his crimes in 2003 at Omaha's Sons of Italy Hall. He was running for reelection as Mayor of Omaha but was not reelected.
Chris May was immediately promoted to Captain following Daub's Sons of Italy confession.
President George W. Bush, a loyal Republican, nominated the serial rapist to his Administration shortly afterward. Every US Senator in the United States was contacted and provided these details prior to their confirming Daub to the Bush Administration as was the FBI. No investigation ever took place and Daub was confirmed to the Bush Administration.
Daub was appointed to the Social Security Advisory Board. They recommended to George W. Bush that half the Social Security Trust Fund should be invested into the US Stock Market. The Italian Mafia runs the city of New York and the commission on this investment, win or lose, would be an estimated $10 Billion.
Daub is slowly being eliminated from the Republican Party and no longer is in the Bush Administration.

Political Views
On July 6, 2005, Daub testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of increased immigration and amnesty for the estimated 12-20 million illegal immigrants in the United States. Stating that the economy is creating jobs that "no one is filling," he advocated for Congress to "allow willing workers to enter our country and fill this void." During his testimony, he emphatically adovcated amnesty for illegal aliens, stating that "undocumented workers who pay taxes and contribute to our labor needs should be given a vehicle to earn legal status."
