Llangedwyn is a village in Powys, Wales.

It lies in the Tanat Valley near to the Wales/England border. It is approximately five miles from the small town of Llanfyllin and ten miles from the Shropshire market town of Oswestry. The Berwyn mountain range is nearby, as is Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall. The ruins of Owain Glyndŵr's Sycharth castle lie a few miles outside the village towards Llansilin.

Llangedwyn itself has a small primary school (Llangedywn Church In Wales Primary School), a parish church, a village hall, a post office and various craft workshops on the site of a former mill. Llangedwyn Hall is situated in the heart of the village and is a major landowner in the area. The Green Inn public house lies just outside the village on the site of the former village green.
