(10427) Klinkenberg is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 24 September 1960 by the Dutch astronomer Cornelis Johannes van Houten , Ingrid van Houten-Groeneveld and Tom Gehrels at Palomar Observatory ( IAU code 675) in California was discovered.

The asteroid was named on August 4, 2001 after the Dutch amateur astronomer Dirk Klinkenberg (1709–1799).
