(1433) Geramtina is an asteroid of the main belt discovered on October 30, 1937 by the Belgian astronomer Eugène Joseph Delporte in Ukkel .
The name of the asteroid is composed of fragments of the name of the sister of the Swedish astronomer Bror Ansgar Asplind .
