(1544) Vinterhansenia is an asteroid of the main belt discovered on October 15, 1941 by the Finnish astronomer Liisi Oterma in Turku .

The name of the asteroid is reminiscent of the Danish astronomer Julie Marie Vinter Hansen (1890–1960).
