(3394) Banno is an asteroid of the main belt , of February 16, 1986 by the Japanese astronomers Shigeru Inoda and Takeshi Urata at the observatory of Karasuyama ( IAU code 889) in Tochigi Prefecture was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Japanese amateur astronomer Yoshiaki Banno (1952–1991).
