Ümit Tütünci (born October 1, 1984 in Akçaabat ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Club career

Ümit Tütünci began club football in the youth of Trabzonspor and then played in the youth departments of Bahçelispor and Gençlerbirliği Ankara . In the summer of 2003, he moved to Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ with a professional contract . This club was just bought up by Gençlerbirliği Ankara and used to enable young players from their own youth to play in a professional league. Here he immediately got a regular place and rose with his team at the end of the season as champions of the TFF 3rd Lig in the TFF 2nd Lig .

He spent the next two seasons as a loan player at Zonguldakspor , Karşıyaka SK and Türk Telekomspor . For the 2006/07 season he returned to Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ. Meanwhile this club played in the second highest Turkish league of the TFF 1st Lig . Here he also captured a regular place and rose to the end of the season with his team as champions of the TFF 1st Lig in the Süper Lig .

The next season he started in the Süper Lig , but was loaned to the second division Orduspor on the third match day . Here he scored 10 goals in 21 games and thus achieved his previous career record in terms of number of hits this season.

After this successful season he moved to the club Gençlerbirliği Ankara for the next season . After that he took part in the pre-season preparation camp, but was then placed on the list of loan players. He spent half of the upcoming season at Kartalspor and half at Hacettepe SK .

For the 2009/10 season he moved to the first division club Gaziantepspor . Here he played a season without being able to assert himself. For the new season, he separated from this club and hired the second division Giresunspor . He stayed here until the winter break and then moved to Kayseri Erciyesspor .

He started the 2011/12 season at the second division side Boluspor and moved to the second half of the season to TKİ Tavşanlı Linyitspor, who was threatened with relegation . With his seven goals in twelve games, he helped his team to avoid relegation. Although he spent this season at two clubs, he broke his previous career record with eleven goals this season.

After one and a half seasons he left Tavşanlı Linyitspor and moved to Adanaspor within the league . Here he could not build on his achievements of the previous season and switched to league rivals Denizlispor for the 2013/14 winter break .

In the second half of the season he was only used six times, so he left Adanaspor again and signed with Orduspor for the new 2014/15 season. Already during the next winter break he left this club to go to third division Göztepe Izmir .

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the second division Elazığspor and in the winter break of the 2016/17 season to the fourth division Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
