Čepin (Hungarian Csepin ; German Tschepin ) is a city and an administrative municipality in eastern Croatia in the Slavonia region , 10 kilometers southwest of Osijek . According to the 2011 census, the community has 11,599 inhabitants, 98.76% of whom are Croatians .
Administratively, the municipality of Čepin belongs to the Osijek-Baranja County ( Croat . Osječko-baranjskoj županiji ).
Čepin has a runway for sport aircraft (Sportski aerodrom).
