Slobodanka Čolović

Slobodanka Čolović (born January 10, 1965 in Čepin ) is a former Yugoslav middle-distance runner who had her greatest successes in the 800-meter run .

Life

In 1983 she won silver at the Mediterranean Games and in 1986 bronze at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Madrid.

In 1987 she was sixth at the European Indoor Championships in Liévin and fourth at the World Indoor Championships in Indianapolis . In the summer she won gold at the Mediterranean Games and the Universiade and was eighth at the World Championships in Rome .

The following year she was fourth at the European Indoor Championships in Budapest and at the Olympic Games in Seoul .

Twice she was Yugoslav champion over 400 m (1986, 1988) and eight times over 800 m (1982-1986, 1988-1990).
