Ɏ
The Ɏ (lower case ɏ) is a letter of the Latin writing system . It consists of a Y with a slash .
The Ɏ was sometimes used to write Welsh texts to indicate a Schwa as a fugue . Orthographically, the letter is also used in Lubuagan-Kalinga , a language in the Philippines. In both cases, the Ɏ cannot appear at the beginning of the word, which is why the capital letter is not used.
Presentation on the computer
Unicode contains the Ɏ at the code points U + 024E (uppercase letter) and U + 024F (lowercase letter).
