The Hae ( ) is the 33rd letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [⁠ h ⁠] and is indicated in German by the letter H transcribed.

Today only the ჰ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter ; the lower case counterpart was the .

It was assigned the numerical value 9000.
