(15460) Manca is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on December 25, 1998 by the Italian astronomers Andrea Boattini and Luciano Tesi at the Osservatorio Astronomico della Montagna Pistoiese ( IAU code 104) in San Marcello Pistoiese .
The asteroid was named after the Italian amateur astronomer Francesco Manca (* 1966).
